Exchange and return policy

Exchange Policy:

  1. Replacement period : The consumer has the right to replace the spare parts within three (3) days from the date of receipt of the part, provided that it is in good condition and has not been used or benefited from, and that it is wrapped in its original packaging.
  2. Condition of the item upon exchange : The item must be unused and in its original condition. The store has the right to inspect the item before agreeing to exchange it to ensure its safety.
  3. Shipping costs : The consumer bears the shipping costs in the event of a replacement. However, if there is an error by the store in the item and it is discovered within three (3) days of the customer receiving the item, the store will bear the shipping costs.
  4. The replacement period by the store may require up to three (3) working days until the replacement part is delivered to the shipping company, and this is done after receiving the part that is to be replaced.
  5. Exceptions :
  • Replacement parts that have been manufactured or ordered to special specifications cannot be replaced.
  • Electrical or electronic parts cannot be replaced.
  • The consumer is not entitled to replace spare parts damaged as a result of misuse or incorrect installation.


Return Policy:

  1. Return period : The consumer has the right to return the item within three (3) days from the date of receipt, provided that it is unused and in its original condition with the original packaging.
  2. Item condition upon return : The item must be in its original condition. The store has the right to inspect the item before approving its return.
  3. Return costs : The consumer bears the shipping costs when wishing to return the item, and in the event of an error that is discovered within three (3) days of the customer receiving the item.
  4. The store may take up to three (3) business days to process a refund after receiving the item to be returned.
  5. Exceptions :
  • Replacement parts that have been manufactured or ordered to special specifications cannot be returned.
  • Electrical or electronic parts cannot be returned after installation and use.
  • Spare parts damaged as a result of misuse or improper installation cannot be returned.
